3Pi competition event at ETH Zurich - project "Planted" wins third place
Ten ETH start-ups presented their Pioneer Pi Pitches (in 3.14 minutes per pitch) at the 3Pi event on 14 March 2019. Lukas Böni won third price with "Planted", a project producing new plant-based meat substitutes. Congratulations!
Master's graduation ceremony 2019, Agricultural and Food Sciences
Ninety-eight graduates, who had successfully completed the ETH Zurich’s Agricultural and Food Sciences Master’s degree programmes, attended the graduation ceremony, held in ETH Zurich’s main auditorium on 15 March 2019. Women undoubtedly ruled the day at the recent ceremony.
Spark Award nominations: Technology from D-HEST among top 5 candidates
Prof Raffaele Mezzenga, Dr Sreenath Bolisetty und Dr Qingrui Zhang are among the top 5 candidates for the Spark Award 2019 with their technology «Removal of fluoride from water using amyloid-zirconia nanoparticles». The ceremony will take place on 19 March 2019.
