Trusted Intermediary D-HEST

In December 2023, D-HEST appointed Prof. Katrien De Bock, Professor for Exercise and Health and deputy head of department, as trusted intermediary for the members of the department D-HEST.

All employees and doctoral students have the possibility to contact a trusted intermediary directly within the department when there are issues with their supervisors or other colleagues that cannot be solved. (Note: The trusted intermediary will not deal with issues concerning exams or grading issues of bachelor and master students. There are specific regulations about how to proceed with respect to these issues.)

The trusted intermediary is not intended to prevent anyone from contacting the ETH Zurich ombudspersons, for instance for matters regarding integrity in research or good scientific practice.
