Students should be interested in broadening and deepening their knowledge in one or more of the following areas: physiological, e.g. cardio-respiratory and neuro-muscular, limitations to physical activity, from athletes to patients, from young to old age, from slim to obese; adaptations to physical activity and training and their modification by nutritional interventions or motivational aspects; development of new physical / muscular training technologies.
