Research projects of the group

Laboratory projects span the area of single cell and next-generation sequencing techniques as well as human and murine in vivo and in vitro studies, with an emphasis on basic molecular biology, and nutrient dependent regulation of cellular function and whole body physiology. Examples of research projects are:

  1. Nutritional and Metabolic regulation of the epigenome
  2. Cellular transdifferentiation in the adipose tissue
  3. Cellular heterogeneity to buffer tissue organisation
